NSWR series AC variable frequency control dye jigger is the kind of dye jigger with the biggest cloth rolling diameter and the widest cloth. It is self-designed and developed by our factory based on absorption of advanced technology of various dye jiggers from Japan, Korea, Italy, etc. And in combination with the practical situation of users, it is the essential dyeing equipment in the dyeing and printing industry. The equipment is applicable for a variety of fabrics in pre and post-treatment and dyeing process at a normal temperature. It combines desizing, scouring, bleaching and dyeing processes and can conform to development of small batch and diversified products in dyeing and printing industry. Besides, it has features of advanced design, reasonable structure, wide adaptability, excellent performance, simple and convenient maintenance, safe and reliable operation.          .

?  整機設有頂罩照明燈、故障報警燈、緊急停車桿等附屬裝置，操作安全、維修方便。

?  放水閥、氣囪、出布橫臂氣動控制。

?  全自動生產過程控制，可實現多種工藝組合。

? Temperature auto-control, auto-reverse, auto-record cycles, auto-change direction, auto-stop and auto-swing function.

? Liquor circulating system can maintain uniform temperature of dye liquor and homogeneous dye distribution; liquor filter device is fixed in the circulating system to avoid pipes being clogged.

? A top heating and heat-insulating apparatus is installed for temperature rise rate and increasing  productivity.

? Auxiliary devices such as top illuminating light, warning light, emergency stop lever are equipped to provide safe operation and easy maintenance.

? Discharge valve, gas shaft, delivery cross arm are pneumatically controlled.

? All key parts are imported to ensure the performance of the machine stable and reliable.
